Forest Therapy
Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing. Originally a Japanese practice (shinrin yoku).
It means immersing all of one's senses to fully awaken and connect with the essence of the forest.
It is a health promoting practice that aims to enhance wellbeing, relieve stress and encourage relaxation. A walk takes around 2,5 hours – we walk as a group to self sustain.
