Throughout the masterclass, you will:
Engage in reflections, expressive art, meditations, bodywork, visualisations, mythology, and circle silences to nurture your creativity and growth. Participate in small group sessions with no more than 6 participants for meaningful connections and personalised support.

The Practicalities
LOGISTICS
In person Workshops (WS) are held at HJEM Brussels. They start at 8:30 and finish at 14:00.
An online follow up is held the secondTuesday after each WS from 20:00 - 21:30.
