Forest Therapy
Trees and humans share an amazing connection. Just like our hearts pump blood, trees have a vascular system that moves water through their trunks. Their “heartbeat” is much slower than ours, so we don’t notice it—but it’s there.
Forests are the natural lungs of the Earth, producing oxygen and filtering pollutants and we exhale carbon dioxide, which trees absorb. This reciprocal exchange reminds us of our deep connection to the natural world.
Trees also absorb energy from the sun through photosynthesis, sending it through their leaves, branches, and roots, eventually returning it to the Earth. We, too, rely on the Earth for air, water, and food, but we often forget this connection, leaving us feeling disconnected, unmotivated and stuck.

To reconnect, we can open our senses and let the forest “recharge” us. Spending time with trees, walking barefoot, or simply being in nature helps release stagnant energy and restores balance, reminding us that we are part of the same living system.
Focusing on your breath in a forest setting helps anchor your attention to the present moment. Slow, deep breaths calm the nervous system, promote relaxation, and synchronize your rhythm with the slower, steady energy of nature.
We speak very little during our walks, that is max 2,5K. Together we move from performance into being as we slow down. There are few words in our invitations during Forest Therapy because as soon as we verbalise something, we allow ourselves to label it or put it in a box. Giving open invitations leaves space for intuition and very individual work. We finish with a tea ceremony.

Our aim is to help you discover your connection to nature and in doing so explore the incredible health and wellbeing benefits. Our sessions will reconnect you with your intuition and creativity, through nature. You will take in your weekly dose of self-sustain through nature.
